Early Childhood Teacher *** ABOVE AWARD **** Part or Full Time

Part time or full time
$95,000 – $110,000 per year
The Kindergarten Teacher Role:
We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our Northside centre at Morayfield.
This position would suit part time or full time employees.
You will report to the Centre Director and be responsible for delivering a high quality, inclusive, dynamic, child-centred educational program.
You will work within a supportive team including external management and our Educational Leader.
QUALIFIED KINDER TEACHER
- Negotiable above award hourly rate – depending on experience
- Travel Allowance
- 6 weeks annual leave (2 weeks to be taken each year between Dec 15th and January 15th)
- Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood or above (3 & 4 year degree qualified) or equivalent, as approved by ACECQA
- Sound understanding of QKLG, EYLF, NQF and National Regulations
- First Aid – (or willing to obtain)
- Current Anaphylaxis Training – (or willing to obtain)
- Current Emergency Asthma Management training – (or willing to obtain)
- Exceptional pride in delivering a high quality Kindergarten Program – including projects and community excursions/networking
- Work in a team environment
- Positive approach to teaching, learning and professional development

Stratford Centre

We are seeking Diploma, Cert 3 and Trainee educators with a love of working with children to join our high quality service in Stratford. Our family owned centre is supported by an external management company so you will have extended professional support in your quest to excel in your position.
The position encompasses the following:
- Providing quality childcare, supervision and support to the children, families and other staff members at our service
- Ensuring the centre is compliant with all state legislation and NQF standards
- Assisting with delivering a program compliant with the learning frameworks and based around the children’s interests
- Delivering consistent high quality care and presentation to all work practices
- Great communication skills
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with centre staff, parents, children and the wider community
- Working alongside a friendly and diverse team
- Working in a well-resourced centre with large natural environments
- To be successful in your application you must have the following:
Diploma or Cert 3 Positions
- Diploma or Cert 3 qualification in Children’s Services or working towards
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR qualifications
- Ability to provide a rich and stimulating environment to all children
- Professional attitude
- Effective and competent communicator
- Empathy, motivation, inspiration and a genuine love for the education of children
- Experience working collaboratively with others
- A true love and passion for working with children
Courtesy Bus Driver
- Diploma or Cert 3 qualification in Children’s Services or working towards
- Working with children check
- Drivers Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Over 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
Trainee Educator Position
- No qualifications and willingness to study a Certificate III
- First Aid – or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with children check – or willingness to obtain
- Professional Attitude
- Able to work within a team/team environment
- Able to work 37.5 hours per week
