We are a family-owned service in Morayfield seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten program.

About the Role
- Deliver an engaging Kindergarten program aligned with QKLG, EYLF and NQF
- Build strong relationships with children, families and your team

About You
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current Teacher Registration (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of early childhood frameworks
- Passion for high-quality education and care
What We Offer
- Above award salary: $95,000 – $110,000
- Flexible part-time or full-time options

Our family-owned service in Morayfield is seeking two passionate Certificate III Educators to join our team.
Opportunities are available within our:

Kindergarten Studio (4–5 years) – supporting up to 22 children daily

Service Support Team – working across all studios within the service

About the Role
In this role, you will:

Provide high-quality care, supervision, and support to children and families

Contribute to a program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and children’s interests

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant state regulations

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team

Work collaboratively within a friendly and diverse team environment
-
Support a well-presented, organised, and engaging learning environment
You will be working in a well-resourced service with large natural outdoor environments and a strong focus on quality outcomes.
About You

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or Children’s Services)

Availability to work full-time (37.5 hours across five days)

Current Working with Children Check

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications

Current Child Protection, Food Safety, Safe Sleep and Emergency Response training

Strong communication skills and a professional approach

Ability to work collaboratively within a team
